Galeria Vernly strictly enforces zero data monetization, zero third-party telemetry broker sharing, and minimal technical log retention.
1. Data Collection & Processing Scope
When you visit our digital gallery, we process technical server connection logs necessary for delivering high-performance WebGL assets and high-resolution fine art imagery. This includes IP address, user-agent string, and timestamp data retained in temporary security logs for a maximum of 30 days.
2. Visit Bookings, Accounts & Enquiries
When you book a visit, open a collector account, reserve a work or send an enquiry, we store your name, email address and the details of the request in the gallery database. This data is used only to run your visit or reservation and to reply to you. We do not run a newsletter and do not share data with third parties.
3. Your Rights Under GDPR (Articles 15–22)
- Right to Access: Request a complete export of personal records linked to your email address.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Deletion of your account, holds and enquiries on request.
- Right to Rectification: Correction of incomplete or inaccurate registration records.
